The following are links to sites that list meetings and conferences some within their facility, some nationwide, some global. If you're planning a vacation, tie in a CME conference and talk to your tax advisor if you are able to deduct a percentage of your travel expenses!
...a local CME conference put together by a group of fellow pediatricians back in 1998. Annual topics were derived from suggestions made by clinical physicians in the community. Hence, we'd gather to say that this conference's popularity from the onset was made possible by and for the practicing physicians whose interests were primarily in the care of children and adolescents.
Currently, our Program Chair (Dr. Vanessa H. Fidele) and Vice-Chair (Dr. Jana R. Morisada) have their agendas filled with full practices and family life. Dr. Vanessa Fidele's attention to other business projects have not provided for adequate time to plan another conference in the interim.
In the future, when The Physicians' Review & Update resurfaces, we look forward to the same quality and fun learning in a relaxed atmosphere that this conference had become known for.
